Brad surfs in a tatoo like animation, Brad would be film (a real actor) and the Opie waves and flowers would be animated in, spilling like the sea foam.

A comedown turns into a panic as Brad finds himself awash in deep surf, full of sinister Opie fish, needle fish and garbage. An image taken from the song Badfish, '... I swim, but I wish I never learned, the water's too poluted now with germs, I dive deep when it's 10 feet overhead, grab that reef under my bed...' Grabbing the reef is what surfers do to let nasty surf pass overhead until they can surface.
